Been a follower of this channel for years and always get a ton of great info to make me better at what I do, and to confirm I’m doing it right.
When I started SEO Googlewebmaster tools in 2006 you had to read your face off and learn by trial & error, I almost wish this channel didn’t exist way too many secrets being revealed way too easily via video!
There is no exact percentage. I believe google can not use the same algorithym for all types of pages. But you can detect SPAM from the high density.

Now that the year’s about over, it’s a good time to reflect on the changes Google has made to its algorithms and to the tools and resources it has provided webmasters. I don’t think anyone can say they haven’t at least communicated more changes this year than in any other year in recent memory.

How many strange things Google can think up to make people’s lives more difficult?
He must be joking! So you have a 100Kb page comparing say, every one of 200 investment funds. Of course everyone of them has “fund” in their official name. So because you have THE most comprehensive page of information on ALL these funds they are going to penalize you for putting the official titles of more than 7 or 8 of them. This is insanity! Or how about all the events in a theater for May 2013? Their new highlighting system wants event dates, but then they penalize you for too many “Mays”?
